Why are MLM companies obsessed with not allowing outside training?
This one baffles me. I talked to hundreds if not a thousand network marketers and a large majority thinks and says that they don’t need to learn marketing outside of their companies training program. Huh?
Okay, then why aren’t they succeeding? If the company training program is so good, then why are almost 95% making well below their expectations? Sadly most are breaking even or losing money.
MLM companies don’t come right out and say not to get outside training, but they strongly discourage it. Maybe it is because they think that they will lose out on the money that they would get from their members buying their In-house training package.
Am I crazy here, or don’t you join a MLM company to make a lot of money? I would think that all MLM presidents would be tickled pink to have their members making a lot of money, which would only make them richer.
Maybe they are just being the over protective father, and keeping you from being the victim of a scam. But isn’t that what everyone has thought at one time or another about MLM companies? Yes, even the very ones that went ahead and joined up after all.
Even more astonishing to me, are the members themselves, thinking that getting outside training is too expensive or risky. Excuse me, was that the same thought they had before taking the plunge into an unknown company promising them the world.
If you are going to be constantly worried that everything is a scam or a risk, you’re going to grow old and have nothing, why? Because, you will never try anything with that attitude. Let’s face it, everything is a risk. Getting out of bed in the morning is a risk; you might trip over the dog and break your neck.
Well, I would certainly love you to weigh in on this one with me and maybe we can solve this mystery and get a few folks making some good money or maybe not.
